Very very clean room and spacious. No complaints with anything in the room or the hotel itself. Breakfast was better than many (which is always average at best). We enjoyed the stay. We would go back. Only negative is the attitude of the owner. Not sure she understand what true customer service means.
I stayed there a few times. Excellent value for money and service. spacious ground floor, the rooms a little less but very clean. solid breakfast. During winter very god heated. somewhat more difficult to find if you come large tourist bus. PARKING LOT|| I recommend Caorle
The hotel is just what you need for a place near the beach and the town center. Small but clean, decent food (not amazing, but quite ok), very friendly and helpful staff. Didn't expect much, but ended up enjoying my staying.

Very nice hotel, on the beach with good food and very comfortable and clean rooms. You feel like home. Two problems: very bad internet connection and very few persons from staff speak English. I am lucky because l speak German.
room is small, bathroom even smaller! Old furniture and it is difficult to get your baggage in your room, yes nobody help you. Private parking is ok, somehow 50m away from the entrance. Breakfirst was everyday the exactly same (5 days).
